Thank you, Poland!
By signing the Treaty in Brussels today Croatia made its final step towards the EU membership. Croatian politicians consider this act one of the most important in country’s recent history. Although I consider those statements exaggerated, I must say that we really did overcome many severe obstacles and won some pretty rough diplomatic battles on this way.
Our Polish friends recognised Croatia’s efforts to join the EU and made us a welcome video. Depite my opinion on EU matters, I’ll use this blog post to thank them sincerely. So – THANK YOU, POLAND!
